A brief about the role:
Currently, we require Customer Service Executives for our international domestic processes that operate in a 24X7 working environment. The job role would also let them avail multiple career opportunities within the organization and carve an amazing growth path for themselves.
The recruitment process for the proposed recruitment drive will be as follows:
· A presentation would be made to the interested candidates on the day of the recruitment drive.
· This would be followed by an interview (free speech round (JAM), voice and accent round) and multiple choice written assessments on Logical Reasoning, Grammar and PC skills
· Candidates who clear the assessment would be handed “Expression of Interest” letters stating they can join our organization post completion of their final year examinations in their respective streams, subject to the terms of such letters.
· Neither Concentrix nor any authorized third party, who assists in our recruitment process, ever seeks a fee from either colleges or students with respect to placement or recruitment of students with Concentrix.
