Job Profile 1:
Indicative Job Nature is as follows: (Field Job)
- Identification of Sangams (Joint Liability Group) as per Company Policy
- Coordinate with ABMs & BMs for Sangam Formation
- Facilitate Adding of more members into Sangam
- Support / Facilitate Disbursement of Loans as per Company Policy
- Support Sangam members to excel in their Improvement Initiatives & Improve the Rapport
- Collection of Installment amount in decided intervals
- Documentations & Reporting as needed
Candidates having two wheeler license is preferred
- Age:21yrs to 35 yrs
- Net Salary is around Rs.11400. Apart from salary, they are eligible for Incentives, Conveyances based on their performance
- Training / Probation Period: 6 months
