Profile of the Company

CG-VAK is a 20+ year old, Technology driven Multimillion ISO 9001:2015 certified, Public Limited Software Solutions Company concentrating its activities on core IT areas to provide highly creative solutions. With over 300 employees we execute projects for Clients in USA, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, South Africa, Nigeria  and India; we deal in Custom S/W solutions and consulting. We reward performance, understand human values with best HR practices.

We are in the process of recruiting the final year B.Sc (CSE /IT /CT) & BCA 2020 graduates for our Offshore Software Development Centre.

We also give an opportunity to do their academic project and provide parallel training for 4 months. Once they complete their training , based on their performance we give an opportunity to join CG-VAK.

To proceed with our recruitment process we kindly request you to send us the details of the candidates in the same format as given in the attached excel sheet.

Once we receive the profile we will screen them based on our requirement and will revert back to you with the list of short listed candidates. They will be required to take up a Group Discussion and Aptitude test, and on clearing the aptitude test there will be a HR interview and then a Technical interview. 

Once they are through with all the above said process , they will be offered  to join CG-VAK  

Criteria’s:

·         Kindly send the students with 60% and above percentage of marks in 10th, 12th, UG with good communication skills

·         They can have one history of arrears with no standing arrears.

·         Only male candidates preferred since it’s the US shift between 2PM to 11PM.

·         The shortlisted students will have to join by January 2020.

Role: Software Engineer Trainee (Software Programming, Software Development)

Stipend during 4 months training: 6500 INR gross per month

After completion of training, they will get 2 Lakhs Per Annum based on their level of communication.
