completion of internship the candidate will be Seated as Agency Organizer based on the performance.
Once after completion of 3 months internship the Agency Organizer will not involve in direct marketing,
Agency Organizer role is to manage the team effectively.

Newly recruited candidate through Campus drive will be on probation for 2 month’s at the level of OSE - Trainee, based on his
successful completion of training and probation, he/she will be elevated at the level of OSE.
During the period of Probation, the following responsibilities need to be carried out.
Duties and Responsibilities – OSE Trainee:
 Need to undergo training program as per OPPO standard & OJT ( On the Job Training)
 Greet customers and finding out the customer's needs
 Describe and demonstrate the product's features and benefits (warranties and replacement parts.)
 Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
 Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products
 Sell specific products and services to consumers.
 Process orders in person and over the phone.
 Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments
 Set up display cases.

OSE – trainee - performance will be measured through OJT and their assigned duties will be evaluated and recommended for next level. After successful completion of Probation.

Duties and Responsibilities as OSE:
 Will be responsible for Team handling of 5 to 10 members 
 Set clear team goals and delegate target for team and set deadlines
 Listen to team member’s feedback; resolve any issues or conflicts; Communicate clear instructions to team
members.
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
 Collaborate with team and provide adequate training on timely basis to achieve better results.
 Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
 Maintain and develop good relationship with dealers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
 Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies :
 Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate in both English & Tamil
language. 
 Should have good convincing skill
 Should have knowledge in computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel & PPT)
 Should have leadership skill.
 Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
