in Retail Trade in India and Generali – a 186 years old global insurance group featuring among the

A brief about the role:
The selected candidate will undergo the internship program for the first 3 Months, after
completion of internship the candidate will be Seated as Agency Organizer based on the performance.
Once after completion of 3 months internship the Agency Organizer will not involve in direct marketing,
Agency Organizer role is to manage the team effectively.
The Agency Organizer would require the following skills:
* Recruitment Skills
* Leadership Skills
* Strong Communication and Marketing Skills
* Team building
Annual Package starting from: 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs. In addition best talented employees will
be awarded with perks.
Job Title: Agency Organizer.
Internship period: 3 months (PM 10000 *3=30000 in internship period)
4 month onwards: 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs annual income + additional Incentive.
Job Location: Coimbatore and Chennai
