We are looking for candidates keen and interested in a career in sales, where a lot of time is invested in building distribution and acquiring new customers. As part of learning, you would have the opportunity to engage in a direct sales role and evolve to a team a management role over the period of time basis your skill building in any of the available distribution channels. We are expecting applicants to be mobile. The candidate will join at level 1.

Job Overview:
AGENCY
•Recruit, train and create a team of life insurance advisors.
•Generate revenue through these set of advisors by:
a.Acquiring new customers
b.Cross-selling and up selling to the existing set of customers
BANKASSURANCE
•Induct and facilitate bank staff to cross sell / up sell our products to bank customers.
•Liaise with bank staff to acquire / enhance relationship with prospective / existing customers.
DIRECT MARKETING
•Utilize your personal and professional network through referencing and cold-calling to generate revenue
•Acquire new customers through leads provided by the company.
